Mistake found in LA TIMES Saturday Feb 11 puzzle

In the Saturday 02/11/12 puzzle of the LA TIMES the puzzle has the number 5 in improbable positions. Re the first sqare or box there is nowhere to place a 5 without hitting a preplaced 5 in another square. Has anyone else noticed this?
